Caramelized Milk Pudding

Caramelized milk pudding (Turkish: Kazandibi, literally "cauldron bottom") is a Turkish dessert and a type of caramelized milk pudding. His English name is "Clink". It is developed in the kitchens of the Ottoman palace and one of the most popular Turkish desserts today. Kazandibi contains ingredient similar to rice pudding, another very popular Turkish dessert.

Kazandibi is made with milk, sugar, starch and rice flour. After cooking, a sugar powder is sprinkled on top. The fried pudding is poured into the pan in half-finger thickness. Light the fire and fries. After celery, cut into curd. Parts removed with a cut are returned. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and rose water on top.

Rice pudding is a rice-based dish mixed with water or milk and other ingredients such as cinnamon and raisins. Different variants are used for desserts or dinners. When used as a dessert, it is usually combined with a sweetener such as sugar. These desserts are found on many continents, especially in Asia where rice is a staple food.
